Fees payable by youWe do not charge you for our services because we are paid commission by the financier. However, you may need to pay the financier’s application fee, if applicable.
Commissions received by usWe may receive commissions from the lenders and lessors who provide finance for you as our customer. These are not fees payable by you. You may obtain from us information about a reasonable estimate of those commissions and how the commission is worked out. We have a volume bonus arrangement in place as part of our association with Platform Finance Group (as aggregator) under which most financiers may pay an additional commission depending on the total volume of business arranged with them. As part of our association with Platform Finance Group, Beinformed Group Pty Ltd may receive additional remuneration in the form of volume bonuses. Bonus remuneration is based on various benchmarks including loan portfolio growth and loan volume through PFG’s member base depending on a individuals financer’s bonus parameters.
ComplaintsWe endeavour to achieve excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with our service we have established processes for managing your complaint. We will ensure we manage your complaint in confidence and deal with it promptly. If you are unsatisfied with our service, we look to ensure that your complaint:
- is simple to lodge with us;
- is dealt with seriously;
- is managed in confidence; and
- managed expeditiously.
- we gave you the wrong information;
- our service was not up to standard; or
- you have a problem with one of our staff.
